If you are looking for such a black eye look, you can go for black contact lenses. Black contact lenses are a special type of theatrical contact lens and are extremely dark in color. Two types of black contact lenses are available in the market.

        The first type of black contact lens is the one that covers just the iris. Some are designed to still allow the pupil to show while others are so dark that both the pupil and the iris are either hidden or extremely hard to see.
        The black contact lenses vary vision-wise. Just like normal contact lenses some offer corrective vision while others are Plano and are meant completely for looks. Some other lenses do exist which blind the eye when they are in use.
        The second type of black contact lens is the one that covers the iris, the pupil and the sclera. These contacts are commonly known as sclera lenses. They tend to be very much larger than the contact lenses that just cover the iris, as they cover most of the eye. A sclera contact gives a 100% black eye.
        Sclera black contacts are a better choice over those that cover just the iris, if you are looking for a dramatic effect. This is because sclera black contacts are noticeable at virtually any distance which is not so in case of black contacts that just covers the iris.
        Sclera black contacts are usually Plano or blinding contact lenses whereas iris covering black contacts can be corrective, Plano or blinding contact lenses. Though sclera black contacts give a dramatic look they are not preferred by many as they are bigger, harder to insert, slightly uncomfortable than iris-covering black contact lenses and can`t be worn for more than five hours. And it`s all due to these problems iris covering black contacts are preferred by many when compared to sclera black contacts.
        However, both the iris covering black contacts and the sclera black contacts are sure to give a ghoulish look.
